Shipping policy

Before placing your order please noted the following:

  • Please make sure to order with a number that has WhatsApp on it so it's easier for us to contact you. 
  • We will reach out to you before dispatching your order, a confirmation is required from your end.
  • Any orders that are not given confirmation from your side will not be dispatched. 
  • If the order is not accepted and is returned to us, and you would still like the parcel to be re-sent, please note that an additional delivery fee will apply.

Shipping Locations:

  • We deliver all over Pakistan.

Processing Time:

  • Orders are processed and dispatched the next day of placing order.
  • Orders placed on the weekend will processed and dispatched on the first working day. 

Estimated Delivery Time:

  • Orders typically delivered within 4-7 business days.

Order Tracking:

  • For deliveries, we will provide you with your TRAX tracking number so you can comfortably track your order. If you still haven't received your tracking number, make sure to contact us.
  • Please make sure to be available for when the courier company contacts you.

Shipping Delays:

  • In the event of unforeseen circumstances such as adverse weather conditions causing delays, we will notify you via email.
  • All orders placed on Sundays will be shipped out on Mondays.
